As an independent Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Engineer, I support companies in securely and effectively navigating complex investment processes. My experience spans many years of managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and implementing advanced technologies, both within corporate structures and in the demanding production environments of smaller companies. Project Management (PMC / EPCM)
Comprehensive supervision and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects at every stage – from the conceptual and planning phases, through supervision of contractors, to commissioning. I carry out accurate control of the budget and schedule, as well as investment risk management.
Regulatory Compliance and Machinery Safety
I provide support with risk assessment and ensuring that installations and equipment comply with the relevant legal standards (CE, UDT, ATEX).
Industrial Procedures and Implementations
I develop and implement advanced operational procedures and safety management systems for modern industrial plants. I assist in preparing facilities to meet requirements such as those of the SEVESO III Directive for plants with a high or very high risk of a major accident.

Project Management
I offer comprehensive investment project management across the FMCG sector in the broadest sense – in particular within the food, household chemicals and clothing industries. My expertise also extends to the delivery of challenging projects in other sectors, such as the automotive industry and the construction of machinery and complete production lines.

Start-up and Commissioning Support
I carry out and supervise the commissioning and start-up processes for industrial installations. I am responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from the installation phase to the operational phase, adapting start-up procedures to the specific conditions of the plant. I ensure that the operating parameters of machinery and production lines are optimized, minimizing the risk of delays and ensuring that the facility is fully ready, both technically and administratively, for handover to the end-user.
Sanitary Design and Hygiene Standards
I provide advice and consultancy on the sanitary design of machinery and process installations. I assist with the implementation of rigorous food safety procedures in both newly designed facilities and existing production plants. I guarantee that the technology fully complies with the highest hygiene standards, which helps to eliminate microbiological risks and facilitates subsequent certification to quality standards.
