About me...

Since 2002, I have worked my way through a wide range of sectors and engineering challenges to lay the foundations for providing reliable services in the field of industrial investment.

The skills I have today are the result of having followed a full career path within an industrial organisation. I started my career on the shop floor as electrician/automation engineer, and then go on to take on roles an engineer, and later a maintenance manager. The next steps were the positions Engineering Managera and Project Managera (PM). Having progressed through every level of the technical and managerial ladder, I am now able to build my own brand and offer my services as an independent business partner with full responsibility.
I am an engineer and manager with extensive practical experience – ranging from electrical systems and automation, through the implementation and optimisation of technological processes, to the effective management of large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams with complex interdependencies. I have a proven track record in preparing, implementing and supervising high-budget technological projects – from strategic planning through to implementation and final settlement.
I successfully lead teams working under the EPCM model, manage subcontractors and coordinate cross-departmental cooperation. In my work, I place an uncompromising emphasis on compliance with environmental, safety and regulatory standards, striving to reduce the number of incidents to zero. I act as the driving force behind the project – combining the role of a demanding leader with that of a partner, applying proven win-win methods in people management and problem-solving.
In my spare time, I’m passionate about modern technology and automation, which also influences my DIY projects. When I’m not busy, I like to tinker with Smart Home / HA systems and networking solutions.
From time to time, I also take a break from computer screens, spending time on motorbike trips, cycling or sailing…
